Purpose of Women’s Classes, Ministries, and Programs

Purpose of Women’s Classes, Ministries and Programs

All women’s classes, ministries, and programs function to support biblical teachings, increase understanding of God’s word, evangelize, and develop faithful women to work in the Lord’s church. Women’s classes, ministries and programs work collaboratively and in unison with Southside’s mission and goals. Plans and information are openly communicated to the leadership and the congregation. These activities promote and encourage all women to work together in love. They create an inclusive Christian environment, open and available to every woman at Southside.

“The Sister’s Keeper Ministries”

A Sister’s Keeper is assigned to the new member to support and encourage them in their Christian walk. They acquaint them with the members, classes and activities available at Southside. This is a systematic effort to demonstrate to every member of our congregation that we care and to keep Souls Saved.
